Maurice Powe Jr. is author and storyteller from Western Massachusetts. Having traveled to numerous different places around the world spanning from Stockholm Sweden, to Yellowstone National Park, to Accra Ghana, to even Istanbul in the Middle East. Maurice continues journeying through life reflecting on how far he’s come.
Having worked with numerous different youth facing entities including Upward Bound, College Residential Life, Faith Based Ministry, and even inner city gardening, Maurice is incredibly passionate about learning and supporting the next generation of young leaders. Today Maurice lives in Western Massachusetts with his wife Imani, where he mentors and advises youth and college students.
